This role is essential in building and executing best practices for people operations that support RTV’s mission. You will work closely with cross-functional leaders to streamline the employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance across international HR practices. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee global HR processes and systems
• Manage HR data compliance and reporting
• Collaborate on compensation and benefits analysis
• Implement employee onboarding and engagement programs
• Provide workforce insights to support strategic goals
Requirements:
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience
• 5+ years managing HR operations in North America
• In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Proven experience in building people analytics
• Ability to manage multiple HR projects simultaneously
