Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing & Business Development Manager to lead the firm's marketing initiatives and support business growth across our immigration, civil, and commercial litigation practice areas. This role will play a key part in increasing brand visibility, generating qualified leads, strengthening referral networks, and supporting the firm's long-term strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Brand Growth
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the firm's growth objectives.
• Manage and grow the firm's social media presence across relevant platforms.
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads and Meta Ads).
• Lead SEO initiatives to improve website visibility, search rankings, and organic traffic.
• Create and coordinate marketing materials, content, and campaigns that communicate the firm's value proposition.
Business Development
• Identify, develop, and maintain referral partnerships with community organizations, businesses, consultants, and professional networks.
• Generate qualified leads and manage client acquisition initiatives.
• Research target markets and identify new business opportunities across the GTA.
• Support client outreach and relationship-building efforts within local communities.
CRM & Lead Management
• Manage CRM systems and lead nurturing processes.
• Maintain and track prospective client pipelines and referral sources.
• Implement systems to improve lead conversion and client engagement.
Events & Community Engagement
• Plan and coordinate seminars, networking events, sponsorships, and community outreach initiatives.
• Represent the firm at business and community events where appropriate.
Analytics & Operations
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular marketing and business development reports.
• Track key metrics, analyze results, and recommend improvements.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, including photographers, videographers, editors, designers, and marketing agencies.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in marketing strategy, campaign management, and brand development.
• Experience with digital marketing, including social media management, SEO, email marketing, website content updates, and paid advertising.
• Strong business development skills, including lead generation, networking, and referral partner development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including copywriting and presentation abilities.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
• Post-secondary education in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in a professional services or legal environment is considered an asset.
• Knowledge of or interest in immigration law and litigation services is an asset.
• Ability to work on-site in Brampton and collaborate effectively within a small, professional team.
