About this role

Enhance customer interactions as a Software Engineer with Hopper's Customer Experience (CX) team. Work on systems enabling efficient post-booking support experiences through AI and self-service solutions. In this key engineering role, you’ll be responsible for designing and developing scalable systems that support smart customer service workflows at Hopper. Collaborate with multiple teams to create internal tools and customer-centric features, impacting millions of travelers' experiences. Your design contributions will help maintain the integrity and performance of HTS Assist and other essential services. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and improve backend systems powering customer support tools • Create and enhance RESTful APIs for various platforms • Engage with Product and AI teams for seamless feature integration • Integrate external systems for internal operational efficiency • Take end-to-end ownership of features and monitor their success Requirements: • Minimum 6 years in software engineering for distributed systems • Strong knowledge of front and backend technologies • Experience in creating microservices architectures • Familiarity with cloud storage solutions • Excellent cross-functional communication skills Drive the evolution of customer support technology and make a lasting impact on Hopper's user experiences. #J-18808-Ljbffr
