Head of Sales – Workforce Solutions & Strategic ConsultingLioness Strategic Solutions Remote | North America Company Description Lioness Strategic Solutions is a technology and workforce solutions firm focused on helping organizations scale through strategic consulting, workforce solutions, and trusted delivery partnerships. Our services span IT consulting, workforce strategy, staff augmentation, governance and risk advisory, and strategic business solutions across North America. As Lioness continues to expand, we are seeking an entrepreneurial and results-driven Head of Sales to help lead business development initiatives, support revenue growth, and contribute to building a scalable sales organization. Role Description This is a remote leadership role for a highly motivated individual with experience in business development, staffing, consulting, or workforce solutions sales. The successful candidate will play a key role in helping shape sales strategy, support pipeline growth, build client relationships, and contribute directly to the expansion of Lioness Strategic Solutions. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys both strategic thinking and active business development execution within a growth-stage environment. Responsibilities • Lead and support business development initiatives across North America • Build and manage client and partner relationships • Attend and lead discovery and client meetings • Help develop scalable sales and outreach strategies • Support and mentor outreach/business development efforts • Identify new workforce and consulting opportunities • Collaborate with recruiting and delivery teams to support successful client engagements • Manage pipeline activity, forecasting, and follow-up processes • Contribute to the long-term growth strategy of Lioness Strategic Solutions • Support MSP/VMS and direct-client growth opportunities where applicable Qualifications • Experience in staffing, workforce solutions, consulting, IT services, or B2B sales leadership • Strong relationship-building and communication skills • Proven ability to generate and develop business opportunities • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong self-motivation • Comfortable operating within a fast-paced growth environment • Experience leading or supporting sales initiatives and teams is considered an asset • Strong organizational, pipeline management, and follow-up capabilities • Familiarity with CRM platforms and workforce solutions tools preferred • Experience within MSP/VMS environments is highly beneficial Compensation This opportunity currently offers a performance-based compensation structure with significant growth and earning potential tied directly to business generation and company growth.
