Job Title: SAP Supply Chain Functional Analyst (Senior) Location: Calgary, AB, Canada (Hybrid) Client: Energy Domain Duration: 9+ Months (Potential for Extension) Note We are seeking a Senior SAP Supply Chain Functional Analyst to support SAP S/4HANA supply chain transformation initiatives within TC Energy. This role will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, ensuring end-to-end supply chain processes are aligned with business objectives, SAP best practices, and clean-core principles. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain processes along with strong experience integrating SAP Ariba and SAP Fieldglass solutions within complex enterprise environments. ✅ Must-Have Skills & Experience • 10+ years of SAP functional experience with enterprise SAP applications and systems • Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain modules and end-to-end supply chain processes • Experience designing, configuring, validating, and optimizing SAP supply chain solutions • Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba and SAP Fieldglass integrations • Strong knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Source-to-Pay (S2P), Inventory Management, Procurement, and Supply Chain operations • Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into SAP functional solutions • Strong stakeholder management and business engagement skills • Experience supporting SAP transformation, implementation, enhancement, or migration projects • Ability to evaluate, prioritize, and manage multiple support and project initiatives simultaneously • Experience working within large enterprise environments ⭐ Desired Skills • SAP S/4HANA implementation or transformation project experience • Experience with clean-core SAP architecture principles • Knowledge of SAP MM, Procurement, Logistics, Inventory Management, and Supply Chain Planning • Experience integrating SAP Ariba, SAP Fieldglass, and other SAP ecosystem solutions • Strong understanding of data management, governance, and stewardship principles • Experience supporting production issues, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives • Experience with SAP testing, validation, deployment, and release management • Energy, Utilities, Oil & Gas, or Pipeline industry experience • SAP certification(s) considered an asset • Experience leading cross-functional teams and mentoring junior analysts 📌 Key Responsibilities Functional & Business Responsibilities • Design and validate SAP S/4HANA supply chain processes aligned with business requirements and SAP standard capabilities • Partner with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and recommend scalable SAP solutions • Support procurement, inventory management, logistics, and supply chain business processes • Ensure SAP solutions align with clean-core architecture and enterprise standards • Facilitate workshops, process reviews, and solution design sessions with stakeholders • Evaluate, estimate, and prioritize support requests, enhancements, and project initiatives SAP Solution Delivery Responsibilities • Lead SAP functional design, configuration validation, testing, and deployment activities • Support integration of SAP S/4HANA with SAP Ariba, SAP Fieldglass, and related platforms • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery • Support issue resolution, production support, and continuous process improvement • Coordinate project activities, timelines, risks, and deliverables • Provide leadership and guidance on SAP supply chain best practices 📊 Evaluation Criteria SAP Functional & Supply Chain Expertise – 40% • 10+ years SAP functional experience • SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain expertise • Procurement, Inventory, Logistics, and Supply Chain process knowledge • SAP Ariba and SAP Fieldglass integration experience SAP Project & Solution Delivery Experience – 30% • SAP implementation and transformation project experience • Requirements gathering and functional design expertise • Testing, deployment, support, and enhancement experience • Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement Leadership & Stakeholder Management – 20% • Experience working with business leaders and technical teams • Ability to manage multiple priorities and initiatives • Strong communication and presentation skills • Continuous improvement and operational excellence focus Technical & Enterprise Knowledge – 10% • SAP ecosystem knowledge • Data governance and stewardship understanding • Enterprise architecture and clean-core principles • Large-scale enterprise environment experience 📄 If you're interested...
