In this role, you will work closely with clients and project managers to gather requirements, document them accurately, and ensure their implementation meets expectations. Your skill in translating complex business needs into actionable steps will drive successful adoption of new technologies across various sectors, supported by platforms like SharePoint and SAP.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage in discovery sessions to extract requirements
• Maintain Business Requirements Documents and test documentation
• Execute UAT and validate project deliverables
• Collaborate with technical teams on defect resolution
• Document lessons learned for future project efficiency
Requirements:
• 1 to 3 years in Business Analysis or QA roles
• Demonstrated ability to produce functional documentation
• Experience with Azure DevOps or similar platforms
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft tools
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
