Our client is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Restaurant Operations Manager to lead operations for a flagship establishment in downtown Montreal . Key Responsibilities Direct and manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including front-of-house staff, service standards, and guest satisfaction. Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency, profitability, and customer loyalty in Montreal . Recruit, train, schedule, and manage front-of-house staff, fostering a high-performance team culture. Oversee inventory of beverages and supplies, manage vendor relationships, and control operational costs. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and liquor service regulations. Act as the primary point of contact for guest concerns, resolving issues promptly and professionally. Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, with a strong emphasis on front-of-house operations. Demonstrated success in managing teams, improving service quality, and achieving financial targets. In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations , POS systems, and beverage programs. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field, or equivalent experience.
