Lead UX Designer - Digital Transformation, AI Automation, Figma - Membership
Leading UK Membership organisation with a reputation for excellence and invocation, urgently require a Talented Lead UX Designer to help them with a key Digital Transformation on the customer journey
Your role will involve:
Creating, designing, documenting & communicating the digital design system in Figma and associated design tools
Establishing an automated DesignOps process with an AI toolset for seamless handoff between design, product and engineering teams.
Oversee the redesign of core Membership acquisition journeys and paywalled services.
To be Considered
You will be an experienced Digital UX Designer (ideally with membership organisation experience)
Experience in key digital design using Figma
Experience in Automation and AI
Redesign of membership acquisition / customer journeys
