[Hiring] Senior Product Manager @Relativity

Role Description At Relativity, we make software to help users organize data, discover the truth, and act on it. Our e-discovery platform is used by more than 13,000 organizations around the world to manage large volumes of data and quickly identify key issues during litigation, internal investigations, and compliance projects. The Product Management team is looking for a Senior Product Manager whose collaborative nature and strong communication skills complement experience with identifying and driving organization-level outcomes through platform products. As a product leader, you will craft and shape the strategy for an AI-first internal and external developer experience that accelerates our cloud transformation for the entire organization. You will define how developers discover, build, test, ship, and operate software with AI embedded in the workflow - spanning IDE experiences, self-service platform capabilities, reusable patterns, and guardrails that make the safest path the easiest path. You will also coach, mentor, and manage your team of junior Product Managers on their core product discipline, including continuous discovery, aligning roadmaps with the overall strategy, as well as tactical execution. A successful candidate must be energized by building deep data-driven customer empathy, collaborating with design and development, discovering opportunities through data analysis, and creating and communicating progress through clear leading indicators. Qualifications • Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and agile • Ability to leverage AI tools and AI-enabled workflows to accelerate day-to-day product management tasks • Familiarity and comfort with data, including ability to use data to analyze and monitor product health • Excited and curious about highly complex problems, systems, and interactions • A team player with proven ability to validate solutions and deliver features from inception to delivery • Strong tactical execution with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, Pulumi, CloudFormation/Bicep) • Experience building or scaling AI-enabled developer tools (e.g., copilots, agents, code search, test generation) • Excellent communicator and presenter, both written and verbal Requirements • 7+ years of experience in product management building custom software • 1+ years of experience inspiring, managing, and coaching Product Owners as direct reports • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or Design or comparable work experience Benefits • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision plans • Parental leave for primary and secondary caregivers • Flexible work arrangements • Two, week-long company breaks per year • Additional time off • Long-term incentive program • Training investment program Company Description Relativity is a diverse workplace with different skills and life experiences—and we love and celebrate those differences. This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives. The expected salary range for this role is between 250,000 and 374,000 PLN. The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity.
