We are looking for an Apprentice Electrician or journeyman to join our team and further their knowledge of the trade. The successful candidates will have a strong interest in electrical work and have already begun or completed their apprenticeship, and be willing to advance their career through hands-on experience. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to further develop their skills and gain valuable experience in the field. The Apprentice Electrician will be responsible for assisting with installations, repairs, and maintenance of electrical systems, as well as other related tasks. You will be able to learn different aspects of electrical work and complete projects from start to finish alongside knowledgeable coworkers, which will greatly benefit your career and growth potential.
Responsibilities:
• Follow safety protocols when working with electricity.
• Install and maintain electrical systems and components.
• Read blueprints and technical diagrams.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems and components.
• Test electrical systems and components for proper functioning.
• Identify electrical problems and repair them accordingly.
• Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems and components.
• Have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation
• Willing to travel around lower mainland for different jobsite locations
• Have a positive attitude, good work ethic and desire to learn the trade and grow
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Casual, Apprenticeship
Pay: $30.00-$50.00 per hour
