Business Analyst (Product Development & QA) Location: Calgary, AB (Hybrid) Duration: Contract Time Zone: MST Job Summary We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with 12+ years of experience and strong QA expertise to support complex software product development in an Agile environment. The ideal candidate will have experience managing requirements across the full SDLC, working with cross-functional teams, and participating in testing and product delivery. Key Responsibilities • Gather and document business requirements. • Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications. • Collaborate with Product, Development, and QA teams throughout the Agile SDLC. • Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, and stakeholder communication. • Perform functional testing, regression testing, defect tracking, and UAT. • Identify project risks, dependencies, and recommend solutions. Required Qualifications • 12+ years of Business Analyst experience. • Hands-on QA experience (Functional Testing, Regression Testing, UAT). • Strong Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and SDLC knowledge. • Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or Rally. • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. • Experience working on complex, enterprise-level software products. Preferred • CBAP, PMI-PBA, CSM, PSM, CSPO, or ISTQB certification. • Experience with SaaS applications and API integrations. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
