Marketing & Education Assistant
As one of the fastest-growing implant companies in the industry with significant year-over-year growth, Hiossen Implant Canada continues to expand.
We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing & Education Assistant to support daily administrative operations, marketing initiatives, and dental education programs. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and eager to contribute to the success of our growing team by supporting various marketing activities, educational events, and corporate initiatives.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Provide administrative support for marketing and education activities, including scheduling, documentation, and coordination.
• Assist with planning and execution of educational programs, seminars, webinars, and corporate events.
• Support course registration, attendee communication, and training material preparation.
• Assist the marketing team with content updates, social media coordination, promotional materials, and digital marketing activities.
• Support marketing campaigns through event preparation, material distribution, and performance tracking.
• Coordinate communication with dental professionals, speakers, partners, and internal teams.
• Perform general office duties and support special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
• Post-secondary education in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience or knowledge in marketing, event coordination, or education administration is an asset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently as well as part of a team.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude with a strong focus on customer service and teamwork.
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
