As part of the team, you will ensure all HR-related practices meet legal and organizational standards while providing comprehensive support to staff. Responsibilities include acting as a key communicator for employee relations, performance management, and employee training. You will work closely with the Corporate HR team to implement effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide compliance with state and federal HR laws
• Lead talent acquisition and employee onboarding
• Address employee relations and performance issues
• Develop performance evaluation processes
• Coordinate training based on identified needs
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• 5+ years of HR management experience required
• Experience in manufacturing preferred
• Knowledge of MS Office and HR software
• Flexibility to work variable hours as needed
