Role Description
We are looking for a competitive, innovative, and driven individual to join our Customer Success Team as an Associate – Customer Success upon successfully completing our traineeship program. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams—including Customer Success, Product, and Engineering—to transform insights into impactful product features and solutions.

What You Will Do:

Speak with Spanish & English-speaking Customers.

Handle client queries via text and video calls.

Understand and convey customer needs to the team.

Solve user challenges, providing solutions or workarounds.

Uphold communication guidelines and procedures.

Build and nurture client relationships.
•
Continuously strive for exceptional service delivery.

Applications exclusively from freshers who will be completing their graduation/post graduation in 2025/2026.

Requirements
•
Traineeship Program: (6 months): USD 540 /month working 42.5 hours per week.
•
Post-Training (Full-Time) Annual Salary: USD 12,000 (Base Salary) + USD 2,400 (Performance Variable) working 42.5 hours per week.
