We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our IT team and drive data-based decisions across the organization. Your expertise will support various business units as you transform data into actionable insights. This role provides an excellent opportunity to collaborate with technical teams and business leaders while enhancing our enterprise data analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze, design, and deliver BI solutions across multiple units
• Document business requirements and translate them into specifications
• Optimize data models and ETL/ELT processes
• Develop interactive dashboards and KPIs using Power BI
• Ensure data integrity, quality, and governance
Requirements:
• Degree in Computer Science, Business Intelligence, or related field
• Minimum 5 years in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric and Synapse Analytics
• Strong SQL, DAX, and Power Query skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
