Business Analyst for ITSM in Calgary

Join Cadre as a Business Analyst specializing in IT Service Management in Calgary. You'll analyze and optimize ITSM processes, focusing on ServiceNow for seamless integration. We're looking for an experienced Business Analyst to enhance IT operations within two client organizations. Your primary role involves documenting workflows and aligning processes with ServiceNow standards. You'll also support transition activities, migrate data from FreshService, and ensure user training for the new systems. Key Responsibilities: • Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders • Document workflows across ITSM processes • Normalize and optimize ITSM processes in ServiceNow • Develop migration plans from FreshService to ServiceNow • Conduct user training and workshops for client teams Requirements: • Proven experience in ITSM or enterprise technology • Knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM modules • Experience with CMDB and Service Mapping • Familiarity with FreshService migration projects • Excellent communication and documentation skills Contribute to the successful integration of ITSM processes and support client teams with effective onboarding.
