Collaborate with various departments while supporting training initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage securitization programs and recurring investment activities
• Execute and prepare financing transactions for mortgage funding
• Analyze interest rate derivatives to ensure risk management
• Prepare financial forecasts for Capital and Liquidity Management
• Maintain accurate records in valuation systems
Requirements:
• 4-7 years of relevant experience in finance
• Finance designation (CFA, FRM, CPA, etc.) preferred
• Advanced skills in Excel and Microsoft Office
• Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
