Customer Service Associate (Part-Time)

We are looking for reliable, energetic, and customer-focused team members to join our dessert café team.
Position Type: Part-Time
Responsibilities:
• Welcome and seat customers
• Serve desserts and drinks to tables
• Process customer payments using POS system
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of front area
• Assist team during busy service periods
• Provide friendly and professional customer service
Qualifications:
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and responsible work ethic
• Able to stand for extended periods
• Previous restaurant or café experience is an asset, but not required
Availability:
• Evening and weekend availability preferred
• Long-term availability is considered an asset
