Join PLATO as a Contract DevOps Engineer, focusing on optimizing CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure for a modern Azure environment. Your skills will drive software quality within Indigenous communities.This contract position lasts from June to October 2026, with potential for extension. You will support multiple product and data teams using your 5+ years of Azure DevOps experience. This role emphasizes collaboration and aims to improve software testing practices in alignment with PLATO's commitment to Indigenous communities. A Government of Canada clearance is mandatory.Key Responsibilities:
• Design, build, and manage Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines
• Implement release strategies that incorporate quality checks
• Develop reusable templates enhancing automated testing
• Act as a consultant on Git workflows and deployment processes
• Create and maintain Terraform infrastructure governanceRequirements:
• 5+ years’ experience in Azure DevOps
• Strong knowledge of Azure services and IAM
• Proficiency in scripting languages like Bash or PowerShell
• Experience with Terraform and infrastructure as code
• Collaborative mindset in supporting diverse development streamsUse your expertise to contribute to quality software solutions for Indigenous communities at PLATO.
