Job Overview Our client is seeking an Senior Business Analyst to support the implementation, integration, and optimization of Microsoft solutions. Requirements Must Haves: 810+ years of experience as a Business Analyst delivering enterprise technology projects, ideally involving Microsoft (M). Strong experience gathering and documenting business requirements, process flows, use cases, and functional specifications. Hands‐on exposure to M applications such as SharePoint Online, Teams, Exchange Online, and One Drive for Business (asset). Proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and support solution design with cross‐functional teams. Experience supporting data migration initiatives, including data mapping, validation, and quality assurance. Robust skills in process analysis, workflow optimization, and identifying improvement opportunities. Demonstrated ability to collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers to ensure alignment and clarity. Experience contributing to change management activities, including training materials, communications, and user adoption support. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including creating explicit documentation, reports, and presentations. Strong analytical, problem‐solving, and critical‐thinking abilities in fast‐paced environments. Experience supporting M troubleshooting and working with technical support or vendor teams. Consulting experience (e.g., Deloittestyle environments) is a strong asset. Energy or oil & gas sector experience is a robust asset. #J-18808-Ljbffr
