About this role

Job Title: Customer Service Representative & Administrative Support Location: Calgary, AB Schedule: Full-Time Our client is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Customer Service Representative & Administrative Support professional to support customer service operations and the production team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and committed to delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. What's the Job? • Prepare and maintain production-related documents, reports, and spreadsheets. • Support the production team with order tracking, scheduling, and status updates. • Process customer orders and change orders, including entering sales orders and customer information into SAP. • Take customer phone orders in a professional and timely manner. • Perform dispatch duties and coordinate order deliveries. • Provide marketing support, including handling sample, catalog, and information requests. • Maintain marketing inventory and related records. • Collaborate with outside sales teams to support customer requests and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. • Participate in semi-annual inventory counts. • Follow all workplace safety procedures and report any hazardous conditions. • Perform additional administrative and customer service duties as assigned. What's Needed? • High school diploma or equivalent. • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience preferred. • Experience in the concrete block, pavers, construction materials, or related industries is considered an asset. • Marketing experience or skills are an asset. • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. • Experience with SAP is considered an asset. • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. • Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and decision-making skills. • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service. • Experience working with multi-line phone systems and standard office equipment. • Good reading, writing, and mathematical skills. • Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds when required. • Ability to work in both office and occasional plant environments while following PPE and safety requirements.
