Structured Finance Legal Counsel Toronto

Join a fast-growing financial services platform in Toronto as a Legal Counsel specializing in Structured Finance and Securitization. You will support complex transactions and provide legal expertise throughout the process. This full-time, in-office position requires a strong background in structured finance, securitization, and mortgage lending. You will advise on Canadian mortgage matters, negotiate transaction documents, and manage external counsel. With substantial autonomy, you'll contribute to corporate governance and commercial risk assessment.
