Join Uber as a Customer Success Manager focused on Global Delivery Partnerships. This role emphasizes optimizing operations and driving revenue through strong merchant relationships and insights.As a key member of the GDP Delivery team, your work will blend operational expertise with strategic insights to enhance the success of our merchant partners. Committing 70% of your focus to operational health and 30% to upselling, you will utilize performance data to close gaps, advocate for merchant needs, and improve platform efficiency. You will work closely with Account Managers to support shared goals and enhance retention strategies.Key Responsibilities: • Optimize operational health by advising merchants on best practices • Manage performance metrics and translate insights for senior leadership • Support product adoption via tailored solutions and pilot initiatives • Work collaboratively with AMs on account strategy • Proactively prevent churn and develop retention strategiesRequirements: • 4+ years in Customer Success or similar roles • Bachelor’s degree necessary • Background in food delivery or tech industries preferred • SQL proficiency for data-driven decision-making • Effective communication and analytical skillsMake a tangible impact on merchant success and operational excellence while working with cutting-edge technology at Uber. #J-18808-Ljbffr
