We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Regional Operations Manager to lead our regional teams and drive operational excellence across multiple locations. Responsibilities
• Lead and manage regional teams to ensure operational efficiency and high-quality service delivery
• Develop and implement business development strategies to expand market presence within the region
• Oversee project management initiatives, ensuring timely execution and adherence to budgets
• Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction
• Supervise staff recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and professional development programs
• Collaborate with executive leadership to set regional objectives aligned with overall company strategy
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for senior management
• Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards
Skills
• Proven experience in sales and business development with a focus on expanding market reach
• Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Excellent leadership capabilities with experience supervising teams and managing personnel

Pay: $12,000.00-$14,500.00 per month
