Our top financial client is seeking a Business Analyst – Treasury/Finance Process Documentation.
The client is in the process of implementing an Intraday Liquidity Management-related solution. This role is required to document the process/workflows/procedures associated with this solution to help the business team understand the workflow and can refer this documentation as BaU reference materials
Responsibilities
Project: Intraday Liquidity Management
Ask: Looking for a BA with strong documentation skills to help create process and procedure documentation as part of implementation of a new liquidity management technology solution. Solution has already been implemented and this role will help business create related reference process and procedure documentation.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Technical Writing, or a related field.
• Proven experience creating user manuals, process documentation, and training materials—preferably for financial or liquidity management solutions.
• High-level understanding of liquidity management principles, banking products, and treasury operations.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills; able to lead sessions and extract business requirements and workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to design and deliver effective training for end users.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with documentation tools (e.g., MS Word, PowerPoint, Visio, or equivalent).
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and deliver high-quality outputs with minimal oversight.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in identifying and addressing documentation gaps.
• Must have minimum 5-7 year experience working with similar size banks
Nice to have:
• Direct top 5 banking experience.
