Job ID: 26-18083 Job Title: UX Designer Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid) Duration: 3+ Months Client: Public Sector Job Description Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end UI/UX design for complex digital services from concept to production. • Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, clickable prototypes, and design presentations. • Conduct user research, usability testing, interviews, and surveys to improve user experiences. • Design intuitive, accessible, and user-centered web and mobile interfaces. • Utilize AI-powered design tools (Figma AI, Galileo AI, Microsoft Copilot, Google Analytics Intelligence) to accelerate design, research, and user behavior analysis. • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into engaging digital experiences. Must-Have Skills • Strong experience leading UI/UX design initiatives for complex digital products. • Expertise in Information Architecture, Interaction Design, and User-Centered Design methodologies. • Hands-on experience with Figma and Axure. • Proven ability to create user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, presentations, and reports. • Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and accessibility-focused design. • Proficiency with design, prototyping, collaboration, and web conferencing tools. • Experience leveraging AI tools for wireframing, design ideation, and user behavior analysis.
