About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Construction Project Manager to support the successful planning, coordination, and execution of a Hotel Remodelling. This role works closely with the Project Manager, site supervisors, subcontractors, and clients to help ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating construction activities.
• Support project budgeting, cost tracking, and financial reporting.
• Review project drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.
• Monitor project progress and help identify potential risks or delays.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and meeting minutes.
• Assist with procurement and material management.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
• Participate in site inspections and project meetings.
• Support project closeout activities and final documentation.
Qualifications
• Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in construction project coordination or management (preferred).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of construction methods, contracts, and safety practices.
