About the Role Our client, a rapidly growing technology firm based in Huntsville, Alabama , is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join their dynamic team. This role is pivotal in shaping and executing HR strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and management teams, providing expert guidance on all HR-related matters, with a strong emphasis on talent acquisition, development, and retention. Key Responsibilities Partner with business leaders to understand strategic priorities and translate them into effective HR initiatives. Develop and implement comprehensive talent management strategies, including workforce planning, succession planning, and career development programs. Oversee and optimize the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring the attraction and hiring of top-tier talent. Provide guidance and support on employee relations, performance management, and compensation strategies. Develop and deliver HR programs and policies that foster a positive and productive work environment. Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, measure program effectiveness, and recommend data-driven solutions. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Facilitate change management initiatives and support organizational development efforts. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 3 years in a Business Partner role. Proven track record in developing and implementing successful talent management strategies. Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels. Demonstrated experience in change management and organizational development. Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analysis. Experience working in the technology sector is highly desirable for this Huntsville -based role.
