Analog Software Inc. and Otter Odds Data Limited are looking for a Social Media Marketing Manager to lead content creation, community growth, and brand awareness across our brands. Location: Remote (Canada or United States) Employment Type: Full-Time About Us Analog Software Inc. is the company behind Bookie Bandit, a rapidly growing sports betting automation platform that helps users save time and execute betting strategies more efficiently. Otter Odds Data Limited is a sports betting data and odds comparison company focused on delivering industry-leading speed, accuracy, and user experience. Otter Odds is quickly becoming a leading destination for sports bettors, providing some of the fastest odds updates in the industry and a seamless experience for finding value across sportsbooks. We are looking for a creative, driven, and highly motivated Social Media Marketing Manager to help grow both brands across multiple platforms. Responsibilities • Create and manage content across X, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Reddit, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms • Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and user acquisition • Plan, schedule, and publish content consistently • Coordinate with our team to promote new product launches, updates, features, and partnerships • Create engaging graphics, short-form videos, memes, educational content, and promotional campaigns • Monitor trends within sports betting, technology, and social media to identify growth opportunities • Track performance metrics and provide recommendations for improving engagement and conversions • Assist with influencer, affiliate, and community marketing initiatives Requirements • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience • Proven experience managing social media accounts for a business, brand, agency, or media company • Strong understanding of modern social media platforms and content strategies • Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar content creation tools • Strong written communication skills • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment • Must be based in Canada or the United States Preferred Qualifications • Experience within sports betting, fantasy sports, gaming, fintech, or technology industries • Experience running paid social advertising campaigns • Basic graphic design and video editing skills • Familiarity with analytics tools and performance reporting Compensation Starting at $40,000–$60,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications What We Offer • Fully remote position • Flexible working environment • Opportunity to work with two fast-growing technology companies • Direct impact on company growth and brand strategy • A chance to help shape the future of sports betting technology • Be apart of a Canadian startup with good vibes
