About this role

Here's a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities you'll be able to:• Translate roadmap and features into clear user stories in collaboration with the team and product manager;• Manage the product backlog by ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, dependencies, maintenance and technical debt;• Collaborate closely with teams to ensure consistency and understanding of narratives;• Actively participate in Agile/SAFe ceremonies and ensure consistency of deliverables;• Track the progress of iterations, identify obstacles and contribute to their resolution;• Communicate regularly with stakeholders to ensure alignment of priorities;• Ensure the quality of the deliverables as well as the conformity of the documentation produced;• Maintain functional and technical documentation of the services under responsibility;• Implement security measures and optimize network performance;• Work collaboratively with development and cybersecurity teams to integrate networking best practices;• Participate in the design of new network architectures and propose continuous improvements;• Ensure a technology watch in order to stay up to date on cloud computing and networking practices.The profile you are looking for is as follows:• Hold an undergraduate degree in information technology or a relevant field;• Have a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in cloud infrastructure, networking, and DevOps automation, including experience as a product manager;• Have significant experience in operational security;• Master advanced IP routing technologies such as BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS and SDWAN;• Knowledge of wireless technologies including LTE (4G, 5G) and Wifi 6 or 7;• Experience in deploying large-scale WAN and LAN networks;• Expertise in large-scale network and infrastructure management solutions;• Master cloud and telecommunications services on Azure and GCP;• Understand SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS cloud service models and their implementation and security;• Knowledge of automation, DevOps and SRE;• Apply infrastructure development practices (GitOps, CI/CD, SDLC, IaC) and use tools such as GitHub and ArgoCD;• Use tools like Terraform, Ansible, and Python to automate network management;• Master network security concepts and related solutions such as NGFW, IPS, IDS and WAF;• Experience in designing, implementing and maintaining cloud-based network infrastructures;• Participate in the implementation of deployment and operation processes according to service levels;• Be familiar with virtualization technologies such as virtual machines, Kubernetes and Docker;• Demonstrate leadership, autonomy and a strong ability to work in a team;• Popularize complex concepts and engage various stakeholders;• Analyze the issues, prioritize the risks and propose appropriate solutions;• Use project management tools such as ServiceNow, Planisware, SharePoint, and Power BI.This position requires working primarily in French, while requiring a functional command of English for daily tasks. This English proficiency is essential for understanding documentation and ensuring professional communication with customers, suppliers, and colleagues across Canada.
