Operations Manager – Help Build Something Bigger
Location: Surrey, BC (with travel throughout Metro Vancouver as needed)

What You'll Be Doing
• Oversee daily business operations
• Manage office administration and scheduling
• Coordinate cleaners and supervisors
• Ensure jobs are completed to company standards
• Recruit, train, and support team members
• Improve systems and processes
• Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve issues
• Track company performance and KPIs
• Assist with business development and growth initiatives
• Work directly with the CEO to help scale the company
