Through both our ZenaDrone and Drone as a Service subsidiaries, we are dedicated to pushing the boundaries of drone innovation across sectors and applications such as for surveying, inspections, maintenance, agriculture, and defense applications. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Content Marketing Specialist to join our Toronto based marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for aggregating, creating, scheduling, and publishing compelling content across ZenaTech’s website and social media platforms. You will work both natively within each platform and through HubSpot to ensure consistent, timely, and high-quality digital communications that strengthen brand awareness and drive audience engagement. This position is in office 5 days a week and not offered Remote or hybrid Key Responsibilities: Content Aggregation & Curation • Collaborate with internal teams (product, sales, engineering) to source original content ideas and repurpose existing materials for digital audiences. • Research, gather, and curate relevant industry news, thought leadership articles, product updates, and multimedia assets for use across digital channels. • Maintain a content library and editorial calendar to ensure a steady and organized flow of published material. Content Publishing & Distribution • Publish and schedule content natively on platforms including LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. • Manage and execute content distribution campaigns through HubSpot, including landing pages, social publishing, and email. • Ensure all published content adheres to brand voice, tone guidelines, and SEO best practices. Website Content Management • Upload, format, and maintain content on the company website using the CMS (WordPress or similar). • Coordinate with web development as needed for page updates, new content sections, and campaign landing pages. • Monitor and update existing website content to ensure accuracy and relevance. Social Media Management • Monitor and engage with the ZenaTech community across social platforms, responding to comments and messages in a timely and brand-appropriate manner. • Track trending topics, competitor activity, and industry conversations to inform content strategy. Support the execution of paid social campaigns in coordination with the marketing lead. Analytics & Reporting • Use HubSpot, Google Analytics, and native platform insights to track content performance metrics (reach, engagement, traffic, conversions). • Compile regular performance reports and present findings to the marketing team. • Apply data-driven insights to continuously optimize content strategy and posting cadence. Qualifications: Required • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing, or social media management. • Hands-on experience using HubSpot (Content Hub, Social, or Marketing Hub) for publishing and campaign management. • Proficiency with major social media platforms and their native publishing/analytics tools. • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with excellent attention to detail. • Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, HubSpot CMS, or similar). • Understanding of SEO principles and their application to web and social content. • Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). Preferred • HubSpot Marketing Certification (or willingness to obtain upon hiring). • Experience with basic graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Express. • Knowledge of email marketing best practices and campaign metrics. • Familiarity with B2B marketing in a technology or SaaS environment. • Google Analytics (GA4) certification or working knowledge.
