As part of the expanding Investments team, MACH seeks a Financial Analyst to contribute to real estate acquisitions and dispositions. You will provide vital financial analyses, maintain complex models, and participate in market assessments. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct feasibility analyses for real estate investments
• Maintain financial projection models and reports
• Support transaction processes with comprehensive due diligence

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Real Estate
• Up to 3 years of relevant financial experience
• Strong Excel skills and financial modeling abilities
• Ability to work under pressure
• Bilingual communication in French and English preferred
