As Finance
Manager, you will facilitate the financial sustainability of Project 10 by managing reporting, overseeing budgets, and enhancing operational efficiency. Collaborating with the Executive Director, you will mitigate risks and manage relationships with external auditors. Your expertise will empower the organization to enhance its advocacy and educational programs. Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate financial entries and reporting
• Manage relationships with financial auditors
• Ensure compliance with grant requirements and submissions
• Oversee monthly financial reconciliations
• Support fundraising and budgeting strategies Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years in a management role
• Proficient in Excel and accounting software
• Functional bilingualism (French and English)
