• Define vision and strategy for agent tooling
• Lead and develop a team of 2-3 PMs
• Stay engaged by personally driving key initiatives
• Drive AI-first transformation in customer servicing
• Collaborate closely with Operations and Servicing leaders
Requirements:
• Proven experience managing PMs in product roles
• Strong strategic and operational mindset
• Deep understanding of AI’s impact on customer experience
• Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills
• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
