Key Responsibilities:

• Manage load and plumbing fixture calculations effectively
• Collaborate on technical reports for existing assets
• Support project delivery during construction phases
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is a must
• 1-4 years of relevant drafting and design experience
• Revit MEP proficiency required; BIM experience preferred
• Understanding of building design standards is a plus
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
