Key Responsibilities:
• Consult on employee relations policies and practices
• Conduct sensitive investigations and support managers
• Organize team member events and engagement strategies
• Update and maintain BOH communication channels
• Administer exit interviews and reports
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in Employee & Labour Relations
• Preferred degree in HR or related field
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility for variable working hours
• Preferred experience in hospitality or gaming
