Part-Time Clinic Administrative Assistant

Vancouver Orthotics and Hycroft Chiropractic are looking for a friendly, reliable, and motivated Part-Time Clinic Administrative Assistant to join our team!

Schedule
Mondays: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Fridays: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Approximately 8 hours per week, with the potential for additional shifts as needed.
Compensation
Starting wage: $20.00 per hour
Wage will be reviewed after a successful 3-month training period, with opportunities for increased responsibility and pay.
Responsibilities
Greeting and checking in patients
Answering phones and scheduling appointments
Processing payments and insurance information
Assisting practitioners with administrative tasks
Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
Learning clinic software and office procedures
Providing exceptional customer service to every patient

Comfortable learning new technology and office systems
Flexible and willing to take on a variety of responsibilities
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Previous reception or healthcare experience is an asset, but not required—we're happy to train the right person.
