With a focus on data-driven decision-making, you’ll analyze workforce trends, identify gaps, and implement solutions to enhance productivity and retention. If you’re a strategic thinker with a knack for building strong relationships and driving HR excellence, we’d love to hear from you!Key Responsibilities: Strategic Workforce Planning: Develop, implement, and monitor manpower plans and schedules to align with business objectives and ensure optimal staffing levels. Talent Management: Partner with business leaders to identify talent gaps, succession planning needs, and strategies for employee development and retention. HR Advisory: Provide expert guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to business units, ensuring compliance and fostering a positive work environment. Data-Driven Insights: Analyze workforce data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement, such as reducing turnover, improving engagement, or optimizing team structures. Change Management: Lead and support organizational change initiatives, including restructuring, mergers, or process improvements, to minimize disruption and maximize employee buy-in. Employee Engagement: Design and implement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, productivity, and overall well-being, such as wellness programs or recognition schemes. Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, HR teams, and external partners, to drive HR strategies and initiatives. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all HR practices and policies adhere to local labor laws and regulations, mitigating risks and promoting a fair and inclusive workplace. Technical Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. A Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CHRP) is a strong asset. Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in HR, with at least 2-3 years in a Human Capital Business Partner or HR Manager role. Experience in a contract or consulting capacity is a plus. Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to think strategically and align HR initiatives with business goals, with a focus on workforce planning and talent management. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret workforce data and translate insights into actionable strategies. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Relationship Building: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders, employees, and external partners. Project Management: Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment. Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in HRIS (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) is a plus.
