Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and diagnose patient conditions effectively
• Observe and respond to changes in patient conditions
• Assist in coordinating and prioritizing nursing care
• Educate patients and families on health management
• Document all nursing activities and patient responses
Requirements:
• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing
• Registered Nurse with active BCCNM license
• Two years of recent experience in surgical nursing
• Strong skills in communication and patient advocacy
• Ability to organize and prioritize nursing tasks
