Altimetrik is looking for a Lead Agile Coach – AI PDLC Specialist to lead enterprise Agile transformations while driving AI-enabled Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) initiatives. This is a senior leadership role for someone with extensive hands-on experience implementing SAFe, Agile at scale, AI governance, and AI-powered delivery models.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Agile transformations across Team, ART, and Portfolio levels.
• Implement and coach SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, Lean, Nexus, Scrum@Scale, and Spotify models.
• Drive Value Stream Mapping, ART launches, PI Planning, and Agile maturity initiatives.
• Design and implement AI governance frameworks, AI operating models, and Responsible AI practices.
• Partner with business and technology leaders to embed AI throughout the software/product development lifecycle.
• Coach teams on AI-enabled Agile delivery, AI agents, Agile best practices, and continuous improvement.
• Facilitate executive workshops, training sessions, and enterprise Agile ceremonies.
Required Skills:
• 10+ years of technology experience with 7+ years as a Senior/Lead Agile Coach.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAFe (SPC preferred), Agile transformation, and enterprise program delivery.
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, BigPicture, Agile Central, or similar Agile tools.
• Hands-on experience with AI PDLC/SDLC, AI governance, and enterprise AI adoption.
• Knowledge of AI platforms and frameworks such as Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
• Excellent stakeholder management, coaching, facilitation, and executive communication skills
