Software Engineer (.NET)

The successful candidate will contribute to the development of mission-critical platforms that support operational infrastructure, partner integrations, and transaction processing. What you will do and how you will make an impact … You will help design and build backend systems that support core business operations, partner management, integrations, and financial transaction workflows. In this position, you will: • Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using C# and .NET technologies. • Contribute to the development and enhancement of enterprise platforms that support operational workflows, partner ecosystems, and transaction processing capabilities. • Work across the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support. • Support transaction processing systems with a focus on security, auditability, and operational efficiency. • Develop integrations with third-party platforms, internal services, and external partners. • Participate in code reviews, testing initiatives, debugging, and continuous improvement efforts. • Partner with DevOps and support teams to improve monitoring, alerting, observability, and incident response processes. • Apply secure development practices and contribute to systems operating within a regulated environment. • Collaborate with Product, Operations, Compliance, QA, and Engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable software solutions. Qualifications ... • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience). • 3+ years of professional software development experience using C# and .NET technologies. • Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and backend services. • Experience working with relational databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL. Compensation & Benefits ... The expected salary range for this position is $100,000 - $130,000, depending on experience, skills, and overall qualifications. In addition to base compensation, employees are eligible to participate in a performance-based bonus program.
