About this role

This job posting is for a current vacancy with our client. We are helping a growing and highly innovative financial services organization, and looking for a .NET Engineer. This is an exciting opportunity for a developer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, working across multiple business areas, and gaining broad exposure to enterprise systems, integrations, and financial technology platforms. The successful candidate will contribute to the development of mission-critical platforms that support operational infrastructure, partner integrations, and transaction processing. What you will do and how you will make an impact … You will help design and build backend systems that support core business operations, partner management, integrations, and financial transaction workflows. In this position, you will: • Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using C# and .NET technologies. • Contribute to the development and enhancement of enterprise platforms that support operational workflows, partner ecosystems, and transaction processing capabilities. • Work across the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support. • Support transaction processing systems with a focus on security, auditability, and operational efficiency. • Develop integrations with third-party platforms, internal services, and external partners. • Participate in code reviews, testing initiatives, debugging, and continuous improvement efforts. • Partner with DevOps and support teams to improve monitoring, alerting, observability, and incident response processes. • Apply secure development practices and contribute to systems operating within a regulated environment. • Collaborate with Product, Operations, Compliance, QA, and Engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable software solutions. Qualifications ... • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience). • 3+ years of professional software development experience using C# and .NET technologies. • Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and backend services. • Experience working with relational databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL. Compensation & Benefits ... The expected salary range for this position is $100,000 - $130,000, depending on experience, skills, and overall qualifications. In addition to base compensation, employees are eligible to participate in a performance-based bonus program.
