Position: C++ Software Engineer
Location: Vancouver, BC
Day1 onsite
We are looking for an intermediate to senior software developer with strong technical fundamentals and the ability to contribute independently within a collaborative Agile environment.
Key Requirements
5+ years of experience in modern C++ software development.
Experience working in Scrum and/or SAFe environments, including story grooming, EPIC refinement, and user story creation.
Strong understanding of JIRA and Git-based development workflows, and SDLC with commercial software.
Ability to effectively leverage agentic AI tools to improve productivity while maintaining ownership and validation of outputs.
Working knowledge of Java, Go, Python, and PowerShell is preferred.
Experience With Test Automation Is Preferred.
Proactive, self-driven, and highly detail-oriented.
Strong communication skills with the confidence to actively participate in technical discussions and team collaboration.
Team-oriented individual who works well with others and is comfortable speaking up, asking questions, and sharing ideas.
