Experience with boutique or independent hotels is highly advantageous. You will be the face of the hotel, building strong relationships with guests and the local community. Responsibilities: Oversee all daily hotel operations, ensuring efficiency and quality service delivery. Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve financial goals and enhance market position. Manage budgets, control expenses, and maximize revenue streams. Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team of hotel staff. Ensure high standards of guest satisfaction, service, and quality across all departments. Oversee marketing and sales efforts to drive occupancy and revenue. Maintain the property's aesthetic appeal and ensure operational readiness. Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests, suppliers, and the local community. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations. Handle escalated guest issues and implement effective service recovery solutions. Qualifications: A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in hotel management, with a significant portion in a supervisory or general manager role. Demonstrated experience managing P&L statements and achieving financial targets. Strong understanding of hotel operations, including F&B, front office, housekeeping, and maintenance. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage and motivate a team. Experience with marketing and sales strategies in the hospitality sector. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
