About this role
Drive healthcare improvement as an Analyst focused on Patient-Reported Outcome Measures (PROMs) at CIHI. This role centers on data analysis, visualization, and supporting Ontario's PROMs program.
As an Analyst, you will compile and verify health system data while contributing to analytical reports and the production of monthly response rates for hip and knee replacements. You'll manage data quality, perform statistical analyses, and maintain documentation to ensure reproducible results. Your work will engage multiple stakeholders, promoting a clear understanding of care effectiveness from the patient's perspective.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collect, clean, and validate health system data
• Develop and run analytic code for PROMs analysis
• Produce dashboards and reports for diverse audiences
• Support ETL processes and data governance practices
• Contribute to continuous improvement of workflows
Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in Data Science or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in data analytics
• Proficiency in Python, R, or similar tools
• Experience producing data visualizations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
