About the Opportunity We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for a complex, enterprise-grade digital platform. This is a high-visibility role for someone who can own the product vision, drive cross-functional teams, and translate strategy into execution - all while navigating a technically rich and stakeholder-heavy environment. If you've built and owned product roadmaps for large-scale IT systems, worked closely with engineering teams at a technical level, and thrive in Agile delivery environments, this role is worth a conversation. What You'll Be Doing • Owning and evolving the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a complex enterprise IT platform • Translating product strategy into epics, user stories, and a well-managed product backlog • Leading cross-functional teams across design, UX, engineering, and stakeholder groups to deliver user-centric outcomes • Driving all phases of the product development lifecycle from inception through launch • Working closely with engineering teams on technical details, integration challenges, and modern technology stack decisions • Managing product scope, budget, and timelines using Agile methodology • Navigating complex privacy, security, and accessibility requirements including AODA and WCAG 2.1 standards • Collaborating with and influencing a broad, complex group of internal and external stakeholders • Supporting product launches and acting as an internal evangelist for the product vision What We're Looking For Must-Have: • Extensive experience owning product vision, strategy, and roadmap for complex IT systems • Proven track record leading cross-functional teams through continuous design and delivery • Strong decision-making and prioritization skills in fast-moving environments • Full product development lifecycle ownership - from inception to launch • Hands-on experience translating vision into epics and user stories and managing the backlog • Ability to engage at a technical level with engineering teams • Experience with modern technology stacks and legacy system integration • Experience with DevOps and Azure Strong Assets: • Experience with MRDs and PRDs with prioritized features and justification • Beta and pilot program management experience • Familiarity with accessibility standards - AODA and WCAG 2.1 AAA • Experience assessing partnerships, licensing opportunities, and build vs buy decisions Work Arrangement Fully onsite, Toronto, ON - Jarvis Street. Monday to Friday, standard business hours.
