Key Responsibilities: • Manage complete email and SMS marketing strategies • Design and implement CRM automation structure • Develop AI and personalization strategies for communications • Oversee customer performance metrics reporting • Enhance the Sur La Table Perks program for better engagement
Requirements: • 8+ years of CRM marketing experience • Strong omni-channel CRM and marketing knowledge • Expertise in managing complex CRM platforms • Ability to prioritize multiple concurrent projects • Experience in retail or related fields
