Role Description The Ecommerce Marketing Specialist | GRIFON2026 is a full-time, on-site role based in Montreal, QC. In this position, the specialist manages and optimizes GRIFON’s online sales channels, including product listings, pricing, and promotions on e-commerce platforms and the company website. Daily responsibilities include analyzing online sales performance, monitoring key metrics, and adjusting digital campaigns to improve conversion rates and customer engagement. The role involves coordinating online merchandising, writing and updating product descriptions, managing inventory visibility, and collaborating with sales and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from first contact to post-purchase. The specialist also supports marketing initiatives such as email campaigns, online advertising, and content creation to strengthen GRIFON’s digital presence and drive revenue growth.
Qualifications
• Strong E-Commerce knowledge, including managing online product catalogs, pricing, and promotions on web stores and marketplaces.
• Demonstrated Sales and customer acquisition experience, with the ability to align online initiatives to sales targets and revenue goals.
• Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to collaborate with internal teams and support an excellent online customer experience.
• Solid Analytical Skills for interpreting performance data, tracking KPIs, and making data-driven recommendations to improve conversion and retention.
• Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, email marketing tools, social media advertising) is an asset.
• Familiarity with home improvement, construction, or renovation products (kitchen, bath, stone, cabinetry) is considered an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Montreal, QC, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Post-secondary education in marketing, business, e-commerce, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
