About the Role Our client, a dynamic and growing company in Provo, Utah , is looking for an enthusiastic and organized HR Coordinator to support their Human Resources department, with a particular focus on onboarding and employee support. This role is vital for ensuring a positive and efficient experience for new hires and providing day-to-day assistance to current employees. You will be involved in various HR administrative tasks, helping to maintain employee records, coordinate HR activities, and serve as a friendly point of contact for employee inquiries. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent communication skills. This is an excellent entry-level or early-career opportunity to build a strong foundation in Human Resources within a supportive and collaborative environment, with the flexibility of a remote arrangement. Key Responsibilities Assist with the full onboarding process for new employees, including preparing new hire paperwork, coordinating orientation sessions, and ensuring all necessary systems access is granted. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS. Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits in a timely and professional manner. Support the administration of HR programs and initiatives. Help coordinate employee events and engagement activities. Assist with recruitment tasks, such as posting job openings and scheduling interviews. Prepare various HR-related documents and correspondence. Ensure compliance with record-keeping requirements and data privacy. Provide general administrative support to the HR department. Requirements Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. 0-2 years of experience in an HR support role, internship, or administrative capacity. Excellent organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team. This role is designated as remote , allowing flexibility for the candidate, though occasional optional visits to the Provo, Utah office may be offered for team building.
