About the position
Coveo is seeking a Full-Stack Developer intern to join their Agentic Operations team within Research & Development for the Fall 2026 term. The intern will contribute to improving an agentic solution within the merchandising hub, aiming to enable merchandisers to easily configure their storefront and commerce settings. The Agentic Operation team is focused on developing an AI experience that assists users in creating rules, executing complex workflows, and generating custom reports. This internship offers the opportunity to work on a fast-moving project, collaborate with experienced developers, and shape the future of AI-assisted commerce.
Responsibilities
• Engage actively in daily stand-up meetings to discuss progress, roadblocks, and plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure alignment and effective communication.
• Manage and resolve assigned Jira tickets, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
• Contribute to real-world projects that will be implemented for Coveo's clients, including coding, testing, and deploying solutions.
• Develop skills by drawing on mentor's expertise, learning and applying best practices, methodologies, and strategies in project management and software development.
• Take an active role in code review sessions, offering constructive feedback and receiving advice to improve code quality and programming skills.
Requirements
• Currently studying Software Engineering or Computer Science in a Bachelor's degree or higher in the province of Québec.
• Able to work from one of our offices 2 days a week.
• Legally entitled to work full-time in Canada for the duration of the 15-week internship.
• Experience in Typescript and React.
• Interest in agentic workflows, AI architecture, and how AI can simplify complex user experiences.
• Completed an internship.
• Strong sense of ownership and pride in created work.
• Strive to grow and aren't afraid to ask questions.
• Participated in hackathons and/or have personal projects.
Nice-to-haves
• Experience in Java, Python, or working in large codebases.
